What happens in case of bad weather?If the weather prevents us from being able to safely clean your windows, we will reschedule your service for the next convenient date with suitable weather conditions.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?We recommend cleaning your windows at least twice a year to maintain clarity and hygiene. However, many of our customers prefer quarterly cleanings to ensure their windows are always spotless.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

How long will it take to clean my windows?The time required varies depending on the number and size of windows, as well as their condition. Once we perform an initial assessment, we can provide you with an estimated time frame.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?For exterior window cleaning, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to all the windows and a water source (e.g. hose). For interior cleaning, we do require someone to be present for the duration of the service.
